Our Heritage
Campbells Wholesale, founded in 1933 by A G Campbell, started as Sydney's largest self-service wholesale business and has grown into a national leader in the wholesale industry. The 1980s and 1990s saw significant expansion through acquisitions and the development of a network of 30 outlets across Australia's east coast. In 1980, Campbells joined Davids, driving further growith opportunities.
Today, as part of the Metcash family, Campbells continues to serve a diverse range of sectors, including convenience, retail, catering, and foodservice, with 14 branches and a dedicated team. Known for exceptional service, an extensive range and transparent pricing, Campbells remains committed to supporting Australian businesses and communities.
